Product Returns

• The product must not be damaged by the Buyer.

• The product must not have lost its commercial appearance.

• Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Attention: Returns of teddy bears sized 260 cm and 340 cm are not accepted due to the special preparation and delivery of these products.

Important information: Postal/shipping costs for returned products are non-refundable.

1. Product returns are carried out in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, “On the Approval of Return and Exchange Rules” (29 June 2001). You may return the product or exchange it for another color or size within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment.
